I am a somatic therapist working on the unceded sacred lands of the (Haudenosaunee) Ho-de-no-sau-nee-ga and the Kanienʼkehá꞉ka.
My ancestors come from Southern Italy (Calabria and Campobasso). I am aligned with my pre-colonial ancestors who stewarded that land with fierce love for every people; including the more than human.
My offering is decolonial and decapitalist somatic accompaniment through stages of joy, grief, anger, shame, and action. I also offer a donation based online somatic library.
