This is a form to get to know you and see if you fit into the offering that I am making. Please understand that I am prioritizing Black, Indigenous, People of Colour, Trans and Two-Spirit Queer people before white and cis-gender people. This is because historically, 2SLGBTQIA+ and BIPOC people have been marginalized from receiving care.
The reason I am making this offer is because I have two days of the week where I can offer a reduced rate, while preserving my boundaries. These days are Tuesday and Wednesday between 9 and 6, and they will be online. Please fill out this information, once I know a little about you, we will have a 30 minute Discovery Call, where you will get to know me. From there, we will choose our dates and begin the beautiful work of Somatics.
The price is PWYC between 20$ to 85$. By choosing this PWYC, you are aware that you are receiving a significant reduction in cost and therefore promise to really pay what you can. If you can pay more than 20$, you are invited to.
Andréa is White Italian-European child of Italian Settlement in Quebec in 1960's. They are a queer trans nonbinary person. They have had chronic mental and physical illness since young. Their lived experience informs the work they do.
Andréa recognizes and pays tribute to people on Turtle Island, both past and present. Andréa lives on unceded land called Tiohtiá:ke/Mooniyang (Montreal), which was a meeting point of different groups such as the Kanien’kehá:ka of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, Huron/Wendat, Abenaki, and Anishinaabeg - before and after colonial contact.
Andréa also recognizes and pays tribute to global ancestors who developed healing strategies that go unrecognized today, while those in power claim Genius identities for their work in somatics. They recognize this as cultural appropriation, which, until fully reckoned, will not change.
