Through gentle, body-based practices, I support fellow humans in reconnecting with their wholeness, moving through pain and trauma with care, and finding steadiness from the inside out.
Andréa lives on the Unceded land of the Kanien'kehaka and Haudenosaunee. They believe in Decolonizing the land, and in a Free Palestine.
I am a white non-binary revolutionary somatic practitioner. I offer a gentle, thoughtful approach to healing and self-discovery through somatic movement(Feldenkrais), Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
My work is rooted in my own experience of and journey towards healing from severe depression, suicidal ideation, chronic pain, PTSD and surgical trauma, childhood abuse and attachment trauma, self-image, body-dysphoria and sexual violence.
Whether you're navigating any of these things or simply longing for more connection to yourself, we’ll move at your pace—listening to your body, following what feels supportive, and creating space for change without pressure.
While my practice centres mostly queer and trans experience, many people have found healing with mee. My work is guided by a decolonial lens-- that means I recognize how systems of power shape our bodies, stories, and nervous systems—and that healing isn’t about fixing what's "wrong," but reconnecting to what's already whole inside you.
You’re welcome here, in your fullness.
